Former President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan and wife, Patience, have arrived Uyo, the Akwa Ibom state Capital for the Inauguration of Afi-Uko Ntighe Bridge.

He was received by the Governor of Akwa Ibom state,  Governor Udom Emmanuel, at the Victor Attah International Airport.

The former President is in Akwa Ibom to inaugurate a 1.15km bridge said to be the longest in the South-South region of the country. the 1.15km Afi-Uko Ntighe Bridge is along the 19km Etebi – Enwang Road, to link Mbo and Esit Eket local government communities.
