Commercial tricyclists in Akwa Ibom State have lamented the effect of multi-taxation on their business, adding that the issue is escalating economic hardship, already caused by the removal of fuel subsidy and food crisis in the state.   They also narrated how some of them are deprived the benefits of the tax holiday instituted by the state government through the ministry of Transport.   The commercial transporters in an interview with Inspiration FM also expressed worry over the uncultured attitude of the tax officers in their areas, noting that the actions of these persons have threatened their operations and peace of mind.
