Drama as Court Ejects “Assignment Church” in Uyo

Dramatic scene that unfolded yesterday in Uyo as a prayer house, Knowledge of God Ministry, was evicted by court officials.

The church, located behind Dakkada Secretariat on Udo Udoma Avenue, Uyo, was allegedly operating under false and diabolic means.

According to an eyewitness who spoke with Inspiration FM News on the condition of anonymity, officials from the court had served the pastor an eviction notice following a petition by his landlord.

However, the pastor allegedly defied the order to quit, necessitating the court to dispatch a team of officials to enforce the eviction.

As the officials carried out the eviction, a crowd of onlookers gathered at the scene. It was during this time that fetish items and photographs of individuals were discovered on the church premises.

Our correspondent reports that the discovery sparked widespread outrage and concern among the crowd as the fetish items and photographs have raised questions about the genuineness of the ministry and the activities of the pastor.

Meanwhile, neither the pastor nor members of the church were available to comment on the issue. Also, the landlord, who reportedly petitioned the court for the eviction, was also unavailable for comment.
