Otuekong ISONG stressed that the same 13 percent derivation refund was also approved in the 2021 and 2022 revised Appropriation Laws, and also reflected in the 2023 Appropriation Bill that is under consideration by the state House of Assembly.

The State CLO Chairman further explained that they had embarked on a three-month tracking of the projects executed or facilitated by the state government from its inception in 2015 till date, and that the Governor need to be lauded for the life touching projects.
