Former Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Prof. Charles Quaker Dokubo, is dead.

Prof. Charles Dokubo according to multiple sources died at a private hospital in Abuja on Wednesday night, after a brief illness. He was aged; 70.

He was sacked by President Muhammadu Buhari in August 2020, and replaced by Milland Dikio.
