As Muslim faithful wrap up their Eid-el-Fitr celebration today, The President of Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator GODSWILL AKPABIO, has felicitated Muslims in Nigeria and in the Diaspora for the successful Ramadan fast.

As contained in a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Hon. ESEME EYIBOH, AKPABIO urged the Muslims take advantage of the season to pray for the leaders of the country.

He also urged the them to continue to offer prayers for peace, unity and prosperity of Nigeria, expressing the optimism that with prayers Nigeria would overcome the current challenges bedeviling it.
