Inspiration FM Shuts down Uyo with Easter Cantata

It was an awesome moment yesterday when music lovers, religious personalities, government dignitaries and the general public gathered at the Regina Coeli Catholic Church, Shelter Afrique, Uyo for the Inspiration FM’s Easter Cantata event.   The event which was tagged The Risen Christ aimed at raising the banner of the Resurrected Christ as well as to reintroduce hymns and its significance to families and to the Church.   The IFM’s Easter Cantata featured enchanting performances from renowned choirs such as the Regina Coeli Catholic Church Choir, The Salvation Army Songsters, A.M.E. Zion Church Choir as well as Methodist Church Nigeria Choir.   Other choirs were Presbyterian Church Choir, St. Stephen’s African Church Choir, The Anglican Church Choir, Spectacular Choral Int’l and Triumph Philharmonic Chorale.     The Chairman of Topfaith Group of Institutions, Dr. EMMANUEL ABARAHAM, PDP 2023 Senatorial Candidate for Ikot Ekpene Senatorial District, Barr EMMANUEL ENOIDEM, YPP 2023 Senatorial Candidate for Eket Senatorial District, Akparawa EPHRAIM INYANG-EYEN, Justice ENO ISANGEDIGHI, Uyo Transition Chairman, Dr UWEMEDIMO UDOH among others were there to grace the event.   PHOTOS!

Many Women Remain in Abusive Relationships Because of Food and Sex – SoSoSoberekon

Celebrity talent manager and producer, Soso Soberekon, has expressed dropped a relationship bombshell on his perceived reasons why some women continue to live in abusive marriages. In a post seen on his official Instagram page on Wednesday, Soso claimed that most women continue to live with their violent spouses because of  material things. Soso Soberekon  wrote, “A man who beats you in a relationship can kill you in marriage. But p*nis, sharwama, catfish pepper soup, nkwobi & goodies will not let you have sense.”

Nigerian Afrobeat star Davido seems to have completed his full return to the music scene after the tragic death of his only son, Ifeanyi David Adeleke on October 31, 2022. The singer announced his readiness to release his fourth music album on March 31, via a social media post on Tuesday, March 21.   In the social media post, he wrote, “There is a time for everything. A time to Grieve and a time to Heal. A time to Laugh and a time to Dance. A time to Speak & A time for Silence. Thank you to everyone out there for your love and that has held me down. My next album TIMELESS is here, March 31st. “All the love and messages while I was away, the gifts sent, the concerts you all threw! I appreciate it all. Today, I want to remind you all that what is now Timeless, was once new. It’s time for new.” Davido’s team describes the album ‘Timeless’ as a body of work that remains true to Davido’s core as an artist. Timeless is “a body of work that goes beyond fashion and trends. It’s an authentic body of work that remains true to Davido’s core as an artist, using his music to bring joy to his fans across the world.
